Objective: for the week of October 13 online class
1- organize & work on your Jimdo
* create your various pages:
about me | photos | videos | class | blog | links | more if you want of your choice
* write all about you on your "about me" page
* post your photos from CCCC (you took during class) take photos everytime you go to CCCC
small project: 'Faces of CCCC' take photos of people you meet/see @ the college ( more is better)
we will agregate all of them in one video see example here
post more photos from any subject / older one / what interest you... I want to see a lot of photos on your photo page
2- Post everyday or so on Twitter it's called microblogging share what you are doing what you saw online (link) ask questions...
3- contact me on Skype to review your work on your Jimdo
call me anytime --you write within the chat room to let me know that you are on Skype
If I am online I will see your message and respond to you and if we are on skype
at the same time we can call ourselves for a private video conference.
4- participate in Seesmic below conversation

1 - Video
* video from YouTube form TED form Artaic
* shooting light/audio demonstration short video of the class
* upload to computer on Pc on Mac (important on PC's import your movie with no compression --AVI files no wmp files)
* open it with Quicktime Pro
- editing
- export
-compression
2 - upload videos to online applications
* YouTube
* blip.tv / vimeo
3- copy the embeded code to post on your jimdo
4- class go on campus to shoot 5 min. video for 20 min.
everyone works the process to prepare the video to be uploaded on youtube or .... then on Jimdo
be prepare to do a video for next online class to work on your jimdo What kind of video would you like to do ????

October 27 Online
Objective: for the week of October 27 online class
remember that an online class last for two weeks
during that time
you have to contact me on Skype at least once
you have to post often on Twitter 5 times or more during those two weeks
you have to participate on Seesmic at least once during that time I will start a new conversation for every new class online
you have to do your work on Jimdo for each particular online class this week your video project of your choice
1- organize & work on your Jimdo
* post more photos of your own
* small project: "Faces From CCCC" take photos of people @ CCCC and also post them on you photo page
we will agregate all of them in one video see example here
2 - video project #1: do a 5minutes video of your choice that you will post on your video page on Jimdo
let me know on Skype what you are working on and how it's coming
post a short text before your video on your video page to introduce the subject of your video
remember that you have to post your video first on YouTube or Blip.tv or Vimeo in order to post it on your Jimdo website.
